Why you’re here
Philosophy and techniques to access the answers you already possess inside your head. They’re simply behind a locked door buried under two inches of dirt. This publication is the broom that sweeps away the dirt (noise, comparison, limiting beliefs, and more) to illuminate what you already possess but can’t see.
The problem
You’ll resonate with A Bangin’ Life if you have been a top performer your whole life. And you’re looking around, confused or wondering, "Is this it?"
This makes it clear that effort and intelligence were never the problem; it was the philosophy you’re living through.
The reframe
ABL doesn’t give you a new philosophy. It gives you a way to find your own. It’s not a point and shoot methodology. It’s fluid. It works in business, in relationships, in meaning. For anyone who aims high and wants to build their own path instead of subscribing to someone else’s. It’s easier than you think.
Who this is for (and who it isn’t)
If you are seeking an easy life, this is not for you. An easy life means you’ve hit your level and are comfortable there. Growth and discomfort are one and the same.
This is for people who seek challenge because they’ve become excited by meaningful discomfort. If you’re someone who only sees discomfort as a way to get to ease (or runs away from discomfort entirely), this isn’t for you.
It’s for people who, no matter their circumstances, see opportunity. If you see life as happening to you — that you’ve been dealt a shit hand and there’s nothing you can do about it — you will hate A Bangin’ Life and shouldn’t subscribe.
Who I am
A normal guy. Dad of 3 kids under 7. I was a failed elementary school teacher in Brooklyn, NY and fell into digital marketing — spending 13 years in the field, serving 1200+ clients directly, creating a Global Top 1000 agency, and becoming globally recognized for my ability to retain clients 11X the industry average.
I exited my multi-seven-figure agency in 2024 with no plan, only a vision to help high-agency people and hone my philosophy to be as useful as possible. I’ve since discovered what I call the self-trust epidemic [a belief that if people trusted themselves most, there’d be no need to outsource their beliefs, meaning, life to external forces]. My full-time work is called The Room. If you want to know what that is, head here. And if you want a full backstory of my history (like how I almost died twice), click here.
What you get
Weekly, on Saturday, you’ll get a long-form article around a topic that helps you trust yourself more so you can outsource your trust and meaning less. A natural result will be moving you from confused to more clear. Or from unsure to more confident. I lean on real stories, not theory. My mission is for my work to help you trust yourself more than any external source (including me), and that the free stuff I offer can do that on its own.
If you’d ever want to go more in depth on my systems, spend time with me directly, or work in The Room, that would be from your initiative and I’d love the opportunity to help you that way if that’s what you seek.
A paid tier will come later, once there’s a library worth subscribing to.
